Everton have a made good start to the campaign with two wins coming from their three Premier League games and a victory in the second round of the Carabao Cup.

Here is a look at how the big three signings from the summer have fared so far in those fixtures.

The international break is a chance for clubs to reflect on how well they have started the season and where they need to improve once the domestic calendar resumes.

After signing Nicolas Pepe from Lille, the Gunners were happy to let go of their winger who could prove fantastic business for the Merseyside club, if his early performances are anything to go by.

The signing of Fabian Delph from Premier League champions Manchester City for £8.5 million, as reported in the football news, was a huge boost to Marco Silva’s squad earlier this summer.

He also found the net against Wolves in the 12th minute in the Premier League.

Delph made his debut against Wolves in their 3-2 victory and he did a fantastic job alongside Andre Silva in the centre of midfield by providing Everton with a level of control and ensuring possession was recycled effectively.
