Plenty of Everton fans have praised Richarlison as he apologised for his red card against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby on Twitter.

Indeed, the Brazil international was shown a straight red card for a bad challenge on Thiago Alcantara late in the game, which finished 2-2 at Goodison Park.

The next three matches for the Toffees are all in the Premier League as they face Southampton and Newcastle United away and then Manchester United at home.

Richarlison will now miss the next three matches for Carlo Ancelotti’s team in what could be a big blow to the Goodison Park faithful given that he has scored a rather impressive four goals and supplied a further two assists in seven games in all competitions so far this term, as per Transfermarkt.

These Everton supporters hailed Richarlison on Twitter for giving a public apology for his sending off, with one fan even branding the 23-year old forward a ‘hero’: Absolute top drawer Richy.

NSNO Evertoninas, what do you make of Richarlison’s apology?

These type of games require no quarter given.
