It must be a turning point.



Because what it inspired was a second-half performance, a win and the backing of the Goodison faithful that has the power to steer a season back on course.

He’s not under pressure, well not that type of pressure, but he still needed this win for sure.

It cannot be allowed to go to waste.

It does no more than nudge the Blues into the top half of the table and though it is just three points in the pursuit of many more, there’s little denying it was a big win.
