Everton's first Premier League game of the 2019-20 season will be an away trip to south London to face Crystal Palace.

Marco Silva's Blues will take on the Eagles at Selhurst Park, with the curtain raiser provisionally pencilled in for Saturday 10 August.

The first Goodison Park fixture of the campaign will come the following weekend, with Watford our visitors (Saturday 17 August).

The most played league fixture in English football history will then see its 203rd outing when Everton visit Championship play-off winners Aston Villa (Saturday 24 August), before taking on another Midlands opponent, Wolverhampton Wanderers, at Goodison (Saturday 31 August).

Trips to Bournemouth (Saturday 14 September) and a home outing against newly-promoted Sheffield United (Saturday 21 September) complete the opening six fixtures.

For the third season in a row, the opening Merseyside derby will be hosted at Anfield, with the Blues set to cross Stanley Park on Wednesday 4 December.

That will trigger a run that will see Everton face four of last season's top six in succession, with Chelsea (Saturday 7 December) and Arsenal (Saturday 21 December) visiting Goodison, either side of a trip to Manchester United's Old Trafford (Saturday 14 December).

The return Merseyside derby at Goodison will be played on Saturday 14 March 2020.

For the first time in five years, Boxing Day will be spent at home, with Burnley - the same opposition we faced on 26 December last season - our visitors, while the festive period will also include games at Newcastle United (Saturday 28 December) and champions Manchester City (Wednesday 1 January, 2020). Everton will host Pep Guardiola's side on Saturday 28 September 2019.

After an agreement in June 2018 between The Football Association, the Premier League and EFL, the 2019-20 Premier League season will be the first to feature a mid-season player break.

The Premier League will split one round of matches in February over two weekends, with five matches on the weekend commencing 8 February 2020 and five on the weekend commencing 15 February. Everton's fixture during this period will be a home game against Crystal Palace. For more information on the new break and how it will work, click here.

The 2019-20 season will close at home against Bournemouth on Sunday 17 May 2020.
