Everton centre-half Michael Keane was in action for England on Tuesday evening in their Euro 2020 qualifier win over Kosovo.

The 26-year-old was at the heart of the action right from the off as Gareth Southgate's Three Lions secured a 5-3 triumph.

We looked really good going forward but conceded three sloppy goals.

Keane will likely be back in action for the Blues at the weekend as Everton make the trip to the south coast to take on Bournemouth.

Speaking to the defender said: "I thought I reacted well [to Kosovo’s opener], it was in the back of my head but you have to put it to one side.

Valon Berisha opened the scoring inside the minute mark after Keane's pass to Harry Maguire was picked off by Kosovo who profited by racing into a 1-0 lead.

We just conceded a few chances and they punished us.
