The Blues have only scored twice in their last four Premier League matches - although admittedly two of those games were away to Chelsea and Liverpool.

“I think if you are aware of my other teams, it is normal that my wingers have to score more and more goals,” Marco Silva said.

The winger has commanded a starting place in Silva's side for much of this season, but his figures in terms of chances created per 90 minutes don't make the best reading.

Goals have become somewhat of an issue for Everton over the last few weeks.

The last few weeks in particular would suggest perhaps not, which is putting even more pressure on being ruthless with the clear-cut opportunities falling the Blues' way right now.

However, the Brazilian's lack of assists so far this term is more than made up for with his seven Premier League goals.
