"The worst period of my career was [when] Walter Smith at Everton told me he didn’t want me anymore and I was not allowed to train with 1st team.

However, the actions of Koscielny have angered one former Everton star in particular.

"I had to train on my own at Bellfield [sic] at 1pm.

The defender is rumoured to be set on a move back to France and his refusal to travel with his teammates forced the Gunners to release a statement on the incident on Thursday morning.

Hutchison spent two years at Everton before moving to Sunderland in 2000 - eventually ending his career at Luton Town after spells with West Ham, Millwall and Coventry.
