Michael Keane has admitted Everton didn't work on their new system ahead of their match against Wolves on Tuesday evening.

The Blues won at Molineux thanks to a second half header from the defender to make it 2-1 - after goals in the first half from Alex Iwobi and Ruben Neves had the sides level at half time.

Tuesday's victory was Everton's sixth Premier League victory away from home in just nine matches on the road so far in 2020/21.

"We got the early goal, obviously conceded, but I thought we reacted really well.

We didn't know who was going to be available for the game.

Everton named a starting 11 without a recognised striker and with Lucas Digne playing in a left-midfield role - thanks to an injury to Dominic Calvert-Lewin leaving him out of the squad and Richarlison only being fit enough for the bench.

Staying solid, not conceding a lot of goals and, when we are under pressure, staying in the game and fighting together.
