Everton Under-23s host Brighton and Hove Albion at Goodison Park on Monday night (kick off 7pm) knowing victory will seal a second Premier League 2 title in three years.

Under-23s boss David Unsworth and his players have called for Evertonians to get to Goodison Park and help drive them over the line as the league-leading young Blues take on Brighton, the side currently a place and three points behind them with only two games to go.   However, if you can't get to Goodison Park, you can still watch every kick by tuning in to our live stream here.
